The fruit cakes are matured for three months infused with fine brandy.

The following home-made cakes are available:-

• Traditional rich or light fruit
• Madeira
• Chocolate
• Carrot
• Sponge

A combination of types can be provided if required.

All icing and decorations, including flowers are hand-made using traditional sugarcraft materials and techniques.

Please note that cakes may contain traces of nuts.
